About me
Why I do this work.
I don’t speak about this from theory. I learned both sides the hard way. On the road to IPO, I helped grow revenue from under £10m to a £100m+ valuation through two recessions; during COVID I sat on an exec team that tripled its growth rate; I’ve since shaped £5bn+ in new deal value in the VUCA/BANI era. And twice in my leadership career I brushed up against burnout - my coping strategies looked like "strong leadership" until my sleep, health and humanity took the hit.
Those experiences are now the work I help others to combining commercial rigour and contemplative depth. Brilliance and Wholeness. Both/And. Everything integrated. Because you can’t lead beyond the level you’ve grown to.
